Seems to be like AT&T isn't the only carrier patching cellular online connectivity issues this month -- a Verizon document recommends that we'll be getting some brand new radio firmware for the beleaguered HTC Thunderbolt. The phone not only fell victim to Verizon's LTE outage but offers had 3G data and CDMA / LTE cycling issues since day one, so we're hoping this latest baseband will bring at least a modicum of relief for affected speed demons across the country. What we do not know is when this patch might show up -- we thought the Xoom's security update would be imminent, but those documents were unceremoniously pulled.

LAUNCHED TODAY WHITE APPLE IPHONE 4 HANDS-ON


The white iPhone four: soon after months (and months) of delays, Apple nowadays lastly released the albino edition of it newest addition to the iPhone loved ones. It's accessible for both AT&T and Verizon and, if you plan on joining the white iPhone 4 owners club, you can expect to pay either $199.99 for your 16GB model or $299.99 for your 32GB flavor. CASIO G'ZONE COMMANDO


Our friendly FedEx gentleman was type sufficient to supply us the soon-to-be-released Casio Gz’One Commando from Verizon Wireless. In contrast to most full-touchscreen smartphones, this Android 2.two.1 system is designed to become abused. CASIO G'ZONE COMMANDO


The very first thing we noticed in regards to the gadget is how crisp the screen is. With ruggedized anythings, function is oft sacrificed for the sake of form. But using the Commando’s screen this doesn't seem to become the situation. The three.6-inch window has a 480 x 800 pixel resolution and, from what we can tell up to now, does not disappoint. Blacks are really black and the touch sensitivity seems to become on-par with most other Android gadgets - we fired off numerous emails and text messages without problem.
